How to approve or decline a particular provider subscription?

Description:
You can able to change the provider subscription plan status for approval or decline.
Approve - Click the approve option subscription plans will get approved.
Decline - Click the decline option subscription plans will get declined.
Admin Panel → Provider Subscriptions → View Subscriptions → Action → Approve (or) Decline
