How to change the subcategory Status(approve/decline)?

Description:
You can change status for subcategory approve or decline.
Approve - Able to see the subcategory on the frontend.
Decline - Cannot able see the frontend in that subcategory.
- Admin Panel → Subcategories → View Subcategories → Action → Approve (or) Decline
